OpenSAF Release 3 has achieved the Functional Complete (FC) Milestone.

The Release 3 FC archive contains all the feature contributions that have been made to R3. The FC milestone also represents the end of feature contributions for R3. Only defect fixes may be contributed after this point. The following is the list of the features that have been contributed during the development of Release 3.

1. Uplift of Event(B.03.01), Message(B.03.01) and Checkpoint (B.02.02) services
2. Add a "make dist" and "make install" that fits the autoconf/automake model
3. Java API: AMF and CLM JNI mappings
4. Provide AMF & CLM B.01.01 missing features: SI-SI dep, proxy support & improved node id to node name mapping
5. Platform Adaptation Interface (PAI)
6. Subslot Support
7. SA Forum AIS Information Model Management Service (IMM) A.02.01
8. SA Forum AIS Notification Service (NTF) A.01.01
9. LOG service IMM Object Implementer (OI)
10. IMM shell commands
