Description

This work covers removal of MASv and PSSv code from repository and corresponding update of build system (makefiles, etc.).

Note: To be able to execute this work all services using MASv should be migrated to use IMMSv. This work is covered with other tickets (#161, #618, #619, #620, #621, #622, #623). So start of work covered by this ticket is depending on finalizing all referenced tickets.
