Developer Days 2010 will be hosted by Hewlett Packard at their facilities in Palo Alto in the heart of Silicon Valley. Developer Days 2010 program is the ideal way to get up to speed on the industry's fastest growing service availability technology. OpenSAF is an open source community with projects focused on high availability middleware and is quickly becoming the de facto standard for HA middleware. Participating in Developer Days will help attendees better understand the open source community around HA middleware, learn from experts in the HA ecosystem and meet other technologists from the industry. Opportunities abound for developers to get more involved with the project, or simply learn more.
Developer Days will be a classroom setting where attendees will be able to interact with each other, develop an understanding of the project, and learn details about the upcoming Release 4 of OpenSAF.
The conference sessions are led by key technologists and architects from the industry and academia. It is designed to facilitate open discussions and the exchange of ideas on the implementation of HA middleware, the OpenSAF project roadmap, and the sharing of experiences with community experts. The conference is aimed at developers who are interested in obtaining a general overview of the OpenSAF project architecture, features and code base. Additional sessions will focus on developers and experts seeking detailed and practical exposure to the OpenSAF code and the development of OpenSAF based highly available applications. |
