Annual General Meeting of the OpenSAF Foundation

The OpenSAF Foundation Annual General Meeting for 2009 was held in February 2009 at the Emerson facility in Tempe AZ. The meeting is only open to OpenSAF Foundation member companies.

In accordance with the OpenSAF Foundation Bylaws the annual meeting is held early in the calendar year. The meeting agenda includes  the announcment of newly elected Board Members and Officers and major business matters may be presented. The annual meeting also provides an opportunity for Foundation Members who are not represented on the Board of Directors to discuss any issues with the Board.
